There are many large exotic ranches in Texas that offer the same caliber rams. Their hunts include luxurious blinds, world class accommodations, chef cooked meals and open bars. Those hunts take 2-3 days and will run in the 3,000.00 – 5,000.00 range.
You can get the same quality ram from us in a single day for 1500.00.
Round trip transportation from San Antonio, Texas is provided.
We will pick you up on a Saturday morning at 7am and be on the ranch by 10:30.
We will check in at the cabin where you can change into your camo and load up.
We will ask you to shoot a target at 100 yards (50 yards for pistol and bow) to insure your sights are on.
You and your guide will walk the ranch encountering rams as you walk.
After your kill, we will prepare your animal for delivery to the taxidermist.
If you are doing a European skull mount we will take the head,
If you are doing a full shoulder mount, we will prepare the head and shoulders for the taxidermist.
Dall rams are usually not eaten, but we will cut out the backstraps if you wish to try the meat.
We will deliver your animal to the taxidermist on the way back from the ranch.
We will have you back to your pickup location by 8pm the same day.
